Initial Meeting and Site Assessment

The customer’s general requirements regarding load consumption, backup requirements (if necessary), and system operation are discussed during the initial meeting.On the roof or on the ground where the solar panels will be installed, our team will carry out a site survey to evaluate the space available for the panels, their load requirement, and the shading analysis.

System Design and Proposal

On the basis of the information gathered from the initial meeting and survey, the designing team will propose a system. A system, together with a quote and all of the system’s specifications, will be presented to the customer following the completion of the design process.

Installation

Within the allotted time frame, the installation team will be moved to the site after receiving approval from the customer for the proposed solution. The PV system will be handed over to the customer following commissioning, along with a basic understanding, instructions, and safety precautions for the system.

Net Metering Process

Vinova Enterprises submits an application for the Net Metering procedure (for Grid Tie and Hybrid System) following the system’s complete installation. Application forwarding, site inspection by the region’s relevant DISCO, license application, and bi-directional meter installation are all part of this procedure. The entire procedure takes approximately 2.5 to 3.5 months.

After Sales Service

The customer receives the system with free one-year post-sale support. In the event of an error or complaint during this one-year period of after-sales service, the Vinova team will resolve the issue within 24 to 48 hours.
